Darryl is Chairman of Debrett’s and has enjoyed a hugely successful career in Private Equity, most notably as CEO of Lloyds Development Capital. He remains involved in numerous other organizations and is a passionate believer in the opportunities created from entrepreneurship and sport.

Richard is a member of our Advisory Board, responsible for guiding the growth of the whole Debrett’s group. He is one of the most experienced advisers in the UK, a founding partner of Catalyst Corporate Finance and sits on the board of a number of entrepreneur led private businesses.

He is a highly respected Private equity leader and remains Chairman of the Investment Committee of Inflexion Private Equity Partners and Board member of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.

Anzelika is an Advisory Analyst working across a number of our sectors. She is a is an Accounting and Finance graduate from the University of Birmingham is responsible for research, analysis and deal origination activities.

Simon is a Non executive director in our Industrials team. He is also a Chairperson for the UK Manufacturers Alliance with specific responsibilities for business development and works with our Advisory team to help prepare businesses for sale and support them throughout the process

Tom is a Director in our Advisory team, leading the TMT sector. A highly experienced deal maker, having worked in M&A advisory teams in both large and specialist practices as well as managed his own business. With a career background in Investment Management, Tom is also Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Gabriella is a Director in our Advisory team, leading the Consumer sector.
She is a Chartered Accountant and has been involved in numerous high profile transactions.

James is Managing Partner of Debrett’s and is responsible for its overall strategy and performance with a direct responsibility for the Investments team. His background is largely advisory, having worked for a global Accountancy firm and, latterly investment bank.

Richard is a Director in our Advisory team with responsibility for business development and debt advisory work.
He spent 30 years with the UK’s largest bank and has significant experience of structuring complex corporate deals.

Harveer is a Principal within our Advisory and Investment teams, with a focus on Business Services. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has a proven track record of executing complex transactions and delivering value across the professional services and B2B sectors.

Zoe is a Principal in our TMT Advisory team. She is responsible for giving advice to clients on all aspects of a deal and is highly experienced in transactions involving Private equity and Family office investors.

Luke is an Executive in our Advisory team, working on deals in the Business Services sector. Formerly with a national investment bank, Luke has worked on a broad range of deal types.

Will is a Director in our Advisory team and leads our Healthcare sector. He has advised on numerous transactions in the space and has significant experience in debt advisory work as well as M&A.

Martin is a Partner at Debrett’s with responsibility for our Business Services sector within Advisory. Martin is a hugely experienced dealmaker, having led on hundreds of transactions working at Debrett’s and formerly with global advisory firms and lending institutions.

Seb is an experienced Analyst working in our Advisory and Investments teams, principally in the Technology, Media and Telcoms sector.
Seb is an Associate Charted Banker and works for a number of Corporates, Family offices and Private equity firms, helping them with their investment analysis and research.

Mark is a Partner at Debrett’s and leads our Advisory team. He works on deals across all sectors and types although has a special interest in the Industrials sector for which he retains direct responsibility. Mark was formerly head of Corporate Finance for a Top 10 Accountancy firm and is a highly regarded business adviser.

Leigh is Head of Growth for Debrett’s. He works with all our teams (and our portfolio companies) to maximise client outcomes and therefore allow further growth of the business.
Originally a client of the Advisory team, Leigh sold his business, Comma Group, a leading data consultancy business he founded.

Wendy is the editor of the Peerage and Baronetage. As well as co-editing the last edition of this historic work, she was instrumental in setting up the online database. Our in-house expert on royalty, titles and honours, she also works with her co-editors on Debrett publications and content.

Rupert is a coach, trainer and consultant. A former British Army Officer, he leads the Debrett’s Heritage team with a special interest in Coaching. He dedicates his life to helping individuals thrive in business. He has helped a range of blue chip businesses from luxury jewelers to high growth software firms.

Laura is an Editor with Debrett’s and is responsible for creating and maintaining its library and regular publications, most notably People of Today which remains the most coveted title for people from all areas to be named in.

Liz is a writer, editor and etiquette expert. She has worked at Debrett’s for many years and is the national authority on associated matters. She is the author and editor of many publications, including the Debrett’s Handbook and Debrett’s Guide for The Modern Gentleman.
