Simon has been advising private clients for nearly 30 years and specialises in acting as a ‘Personal FD’ for founders.

James England is Head of Investments at Debrett's. He has over 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate leadership. As a founder of Debrett's Advisory and Investments James has led more than 100 mid-market transactions spanning technology, business services, industrials and healthcare. As well as focusing on investments, James helps shape the Group’s strategy and client proposition with an emphasis on long-term, trusted partnerships.

Clive Hatchard serves as Head of Advisory at Debrett’s, bringing over 30 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory. Hugo Strachwitz is Director at Debrett’s, specialising in ceremony, protocol, precedence and etiquette. Drawing on experience with Australian and British Government departments and NGOs, he advises and trains business clients, supports the Peerage editorial team and co-hosts the Debrett’s podcast, sharing his expertise on Royalty, Nobility, Church and State.
