Leeds, 30 September 2026 – Debrett’s has advised the shareholders of WhiteSpider Enterprise Services Limited (“WhiteSpider”), a digital transformation and IT services company, on its sale to AUREOS Group.
The acquisition strengthens AUREOS Group’s digital solutions capabilities, supporting its delivery of innovative services to customers across the critical national infrastructure sector.
AUREOS Group and WhiteSpider have worked together over the past year, building a successful partnership and delivering benefits to their customers. The acquisition builds on that relationship, bringing WhiteSpider’s digital expertise into the group to help customers develop digitally resilient businesses equipped for current and future demands.
The transaction illustrates the increasing overlap between infrastructure services and digital technology, as customers seek partners able to support both their physical infrastructure and the digital systems that underpin its operation.
