London, 21 August 2026 – Debrett’s has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jack Sanders as Director, working across both its advisory and investments teams as the Group continues to build its M&A and investment capabilities.

Jack brings more than nine years’ experience working with corporates and SMEs, combining M&A expertise with a background in corporate strategy and operational improvement. He has advised across a range of sectors, including retail, consumer, industrials and energy, with particular experience in complex and carve-out transactions.

In his new role, Jack will work alongside the advisory team on M&A and strategic assignments, supporting business owners, management teams and corporates through transactions and key strategic decisions.

He will also play an active role within the investments team, helping to originate and assess new investment opportunities and working alongside management teams within the portfolio to support growth and value creation.
