Gabriella currently specialises in supporting entrepreneurial, founder-led and family-owned businesses through complex sale and investment processes — helping owners shape their strategy, protect value and achieve outcomes aligned with personal and shareholder goals.
Prior to joining Debrett’s, Gabriella held positions within the corporate finance teams at BDO and Mazars, advising clients across business services, industrials, technology and consumer sectors. A Chartered Accountant (ACA), she began her career in forensic advisory services, building a rigorous technical foundation that underpins her clear, commercially grounded transaction advice.
