With over 20 years’ M&A experience, Martin advises founders, shareholders and leadership teams on sales, MBOs, acquisitions and growth capital transactions.
Martin has advised on more than 60 successful mid-market transactions across the business services landscape, including recruitment, facilities management, professional services, outsourcing and tech-enabled services. He is known for delivering bespoke advice to privately owned and family-run companies — helping them prepare for exit, succession or strategic investment.
Before joining Debrett’s, Martin was a Director at Azets, helping grow the firm’s corporate finance presence across the Midlands. He began his career at KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA), and gained experience in both audit and transaction services.
